RFRAME

RFRAME is the application of RWMAP software and hardware coupled with a loader dedicated to handle wafers mounted on frames.

There is an increased need of inspection also in backend operations, where wafers are already diced and mounted on adhesive films held on metal or plastic frames. This system is intended to handle frames directly from carriers and inspect wafers mounted on them through the use of the available wafer map.

An automatic handling of frames increases the reliability of the process as well as the inspection efficiency and helps to keep an high level of quality also in the final parts of wafer manufacturing process.

Bar Code reading is included to identify frames and then allow automatic map downloading from factory server. OCR reader is an option in case Bar Code is not used.
